Terms of Service

  1. Scope
    These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed in the GAIA VERDA online store (gaia-verda.com).
    Operator: Oliver Schlycht, Haydnstraße 28, 58509 Lüdenscheid, Germany.

  2. Contract Formation
    By submitting an order, you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon our order confirmation via email.

  3. Production & Delivery
    All items are made to order (print-on-demand). Production time is 2–5 business days. Shipping is handled by our production partners worldwide. Delivery times: USA 5–10 business days, Europe 4–10 business days, Rest of World 10–20 business days. In the case of consumers, the risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the goods passes to the consumer only upon delivery of the goods.

  4. Prices & Payment
    All prices are final prices. In accordance with § 19 of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG), no VAT is charged or shown on invoices.
    Payment is processed via Shopify Payments or PayPal.
    For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

  5. Intellectual Property
    All designs, graphics, and content are the property of GAIA VERDA and are protected by copyright.

  6. Warranty
    Statutory warranty rights apply. For defects, please contact us at info@gaia-verda.com.

  7. Dispute Resolution (for EU customers)
    The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
    We are not obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings.

  8. Governing Law
    German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
    For consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence apply.

Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen

  1. Geltungsbereich
    Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen gelten für alle Bestellungen über den Online-Shop GAIA VERDA (gaia-verda.com).
    Anbieter: Oliver Schlycht, Haydnstraße 28, 58509 Lüdenscheid, Deutschland.

  2. Vertragsschluss
    Mit Abgabe der Bestellung geben Sie ein verbindliches Angebot ab. Der Vertrag kommt durch unsere Bestellbestätigung per E-Mail zustande.

  3. Produktion und Lieferung
    Alle Produkte werden individuell auf Bestellung gefertigt (Print-on-Demand).
    Die Produktionszeit beträgt 2–5 Werktage.
    Der Versand erfolgt über unsere Produktionspartner weltweit.
    Voraussichtliche Lieferzeiten:
    USA 5–10 Werktage, Europa 4–10 Werktage, Rest der Welt 10–20 Werktage. Das Risiko des zufälligen Untergangs oder der zufälligen Verschlechterung der Ware geht bei Verbrauchern erst mit Übergabe der Ware an den Verbraucher über.

  4. Preise und Zahlung
    Alle Preise sind Endpreise.
    Gemäß § 19 UStG wird keine Umsatzsteuer berechnet und daher nicht ausgewiesen.
    Die Zahlung erfolgt über Shopify Payments oder PayPal.
    Bei Lieferungen außerhalb der Europäischen Union können zusätzliche Zölle, Steuern oder Gebühren anfallen, die vom Empfänger zu tragen sind.

  5. Urheberrecht
    Alle Designs, Grafiken und Inhalte sind Eigentum von GAIA VERDA und urheberrechtlich geschützt.

  6. Gewährleistung
    Es gelten die gesetzlichen Gewährleistungsrechte.

  7. Streitbeilegung (für Verbraucher in der EU)
    Die Europäische Kommission stellt eine Plattform zur Online-Streitbeilegung bereit:

    Wir sind nicht verpflichtet und nicht bereit, an einem Streitbeilegungsverfahren vor einer Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle teilzunehmen.

  8. Anwendbares Recht
    Es gilt deutsches Recht unter Ausschluss des UN-Kaufrechts.
    Für Verbraucher gelten die zwingenden Verbraucherschutzvorschriften ihres Wohnsitzstaates.
