Shipping & Delivery

Production

All GAIA VERDA products are individually made to order (print-on-demand).
Production takes 2–5 business days after your order is placed.

Shipping & Delivery Times

We work with international production and shipping partners.

Estimated delivery times (after production):

  • Germany & Europe: 4–10 business days

  • USA: 5–10 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are non-binding estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Delays may occur due to customs processing or circumstances beyond our control.

For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the goods passes to the consumer only upon delivery of the goods.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping on orders over €75 within Germany and the EU.
For orders below this amount, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For deliveries within the European Union, no additional customs duties apply.

For deliveries outside the European Union (including USA, UK, Australia, etc.), import duties, customs fees, or local taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

VAT Notice

In accordance with § 19 of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG), no VAT is charged or shown on invoices.

Alle Produkte von GAIA VERDA werden individuell auf Bestellung gefertigt (Print-on-Demand).
Die Produktionszeit beträgt 2–5 Werktage ab Bestelleingang.

Versand & Lieferzeiten

Wir arbeiten mit internationalen Produktions- und Versandpartnern zusammen.

Geschätzte Lieferzeiten (nach Produktion):

  • Deutschland & Europa: 4–10 Werktage

  • USA: 5–10 Werktage

  • Rest der Welt: 10–20 Werktage

Lieferzeiten sind unverbindliche Schätzungen, sofern nicht ausdrücklich etwas anderes vereinbart wurde.
Verzögerungen durch Zollabfertigung oder andere Umstände außerhalb unseres Einflussbereichs sind möglich.

Bei Verbrauchern geht das Risiko des zufälligen Untergangs oder der zufälligen Verschlechterung der Ware erst mit Übergabe der Ware an den Verbraucher über.

Versandkosten

Kostenloser Versand ab einem Bestellwert von 75 € innerhalb Deutschlands und der EU.
Unterhalb dieses Betrags werden die Versandkosten im Checkout angezeigt und berechnet.

Zölle, Einfuhrabgaben & Steuern

Für Lieferungen innerhalb der Europäischen Union fallen keine zusätzlichen Zollgebühren an.

Bei Lieferungen außerhalb der Europäischen Union (z. B. USA, UK, Australien etc.) können Einfuhrabgaben, Zölle oder lokale Steuern anfallen. Diese sind vom Empfänger zu tragen und nicht im Kaufpreis oder in den Versandkosten enthalten.

Sendungsverfolgung

Nach Versand Ihrer Bestellung erhalten Sie eine Sendungsverfolgungsnummer per E-Mail.

Umsatzsteuerhinweis

Gemäß § 19 UStG wird keine Umsatzsteuer berechnet und daher nicht ausgewiesen.
